First new Ferro-Fix compactor waste bin presented at the annual NVRD conference25 June 2018
During the annual NVRD conference held in Amsterdam on 30 and 31 May 2018, BWaste International B.V. presented its latest Ferro-Fix self-compacting waste bin – a first for the Dutch market. After a successful European introduction during the IFAT trade fair in Munich, this innovative waste bin was introduced to the Dutch market.

The self-compressing waste bin is an innovative waste bin for use in public areas. It is powered by solar energy, and was developed by combining innovative technology, implementation of client-specific properties, results of practical tests, and standards for a safe and healthy working environment. Use of this self-compacting waste bin and the route-optimisation software of BBF Holding subsidiary Route Management Solutions, enables significant savings on collection costs and reduces the carbon emissions of the entire collection process.
